Meet Paige Lentz, President
Paige Lentz founded Monarch Site Services to combine her expertise in residential construction with her passion for the environment. Her efforts led to her being named the 2009 Denver Business Journal's Outstanding Women in Business for Real Estate and Construction.
A Texas native, Paige was raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Since coming to Colorado in 2000, she has been an active member of the Denver community serving as president of the Junior League of Denver, incoming president of the Home Builders Foundation, and board member of Rosie's Ranch.
The HBF, an organization that provides accessible home modifications for families with disabilities and a financial need, also benefits from Monarch's participation. The company completes projects for the HBF at no cost to the organization.
In her spare time, Paige loves to watch college football, is an avid cyclist, and enjoys backpacking and mountain biking. You can also find her snowshoeing with her two yellow labs.
Meet Chuck Bower, Vice President
Chuck has 20 years experience in environmental remediation along with expertise in residential construction, including historical architecture preservation, which is his special passion. Chuck holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and brings a wealth of technical knowledge, skill and project management experience to the Monarch team. One of Chuck's great strengths is his ability to quickly solve problems on the jobsite, saving time and keeping projects on schedule and budget. Chuck's presence on the job adds tremendous value to our clients.
A native of Kentland, Indiana, Chuck has been active in the Home Builders Foundation since coming to Colorado. He serves as a project captain when Monarch is involved in an HBF project and he is also a member of the organization's fundraising committee. Chuck is also an active member of his community church. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and cooking.
Meet Bill McCalister, Risk Manager/Business Development
Bill brings 40 years of specialized risk management experience with general contractors and oil and gas lease operators to the Monarch team. He provides an invaluable asset to the company and the client as he is responsible for all aspects of Quality Control. He is a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a decorated U.S. Army Veteran who has been serving in the San Antonio community for decades. His service includes 32 years as Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 285, active membership in the Canyon Lake Masonic Lodge and active membership in the Coker United Methodist Church Emmaus Community. He also serves as vice president of the Lorence Creek HOA. Bill is an Eagle Scout and recipient of the prestigious Silver Beaver Award, the council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America. He has been married for 40 years to his wife, Jill, has three children, and two unruly cats.
Meet Jon Neil, Project Manager
Jon has nearly 20 years experience in environmental remediation and brings extensive technical knowledge and client service skills to the team. Jon is an expert in mold and asbestos abatement and has worked throughout the United States on various environmental projects. One of Jon's great strengths is his ability to think creatively and embrace challenges on the jobsite to ensure that clients achieve their goals.
Jon came to us from Mesa, Arizona. He is an avid fan of the Arizona Cardinals and he loves to spend time with his family and church community. He possesses a strong commitment to serve those in the Denver community who are less fortunate and regularly coordinates food drives for the city's hungry and homeless. Jon is also active in the Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver, serving as a project captain for Monarch on several projects.
