All of us at Monarch Site Services feel grateful to be a part of the metro Denver and San Antonio communities and to have the opportunity to live and work in these beautiful and historic cities. It has always been a core value and our shared goal to be a positive influence in our communities and to help those in need. For this reason, Monarch Site Services plays an active role in the Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver, an organization that provides home modifications for those in our city with physical disabilities and financial need. This year, our Monarch Site Services president Paige Lentz, is serving as the incoming president of this worthwhile organization.

Paige is also active in the Junior League of Denver, having just completed a year as president. The Junior League serves the community by creating programs and collaborating with community partners on initiatives that promote health and education for women and children. Paige is also on the board of Rosie's Ranch, an organization that provides horse therapy for deaf and/or hearing-
impaired children.

Our team is active in organizing food drives for the less fortunate, providing meals for the homeless and collecting backpacks for homeless students in both Denver and San Antonio. We are all active in our respective churches.

Bill McCalister, Monarch's vice Risk manager/business development is a long-time resident and active community member in San Antonio. An Eagle Scout, Bill for 32 years has served as a Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 285. He is also an active member of the Canyon Lake Masonic Lodge and the Coker United Methodist Church Emmaus Community. He also services as vice president of the Lorence Creek HOA.

Together, we strive to be a force for good in both of our community homes, making a difference to the people we've come to know well and care for deeply.
